Our Dubai car rental agency is ideally located near DXB International Airport. We provide premium service across the entire emirate, including luxury vehicle delivery to the address of your choice — offering a personalized, top-tier experience from start to finish.

To rent a vehicle from NOM AKX, the following conditions must be met:

  • Minimum age of 21 years (Note: the minimum age may vary depending on the vehicle category, particularly for luxury or sports models).

  • Valid driver’s license held for at least 1 year.

  • Credit card in the renter’s name, which must match the name on the rental agreement.

Required Documents at Vehicle Pickup

On the day of the vehicle handover, the renter must be present in person and provide the following documents:

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Passport or national ID card (valid and unexpired)

  • Proof of address (if requested)

  • The credit card used for the security deposit or pre-authorization

To rent a vehicle from NOM AKX, you must present the following documents on the day of pickup:

  • A valid driver’s license held for at least 1 year

  • A valid ID (national ID card or passport)

  • A proof of address dated within the last 3 months (France only)

  • A credit card in the name of the main driver

These requirements apply to all our rental vehicles, including our premium and luxury ranges.

In Dubai – Security Deposit & Insurance Information

Some vehicles are available without a deposit (optional), while others may require a security deposit of up to AED 5,000, depending on the model.

Unlike the insurance deductible (franchise), the security deposit does not cover major damage. It is intended to cover minor expenses, such as:

  • Small damages to the vehicle

  • Parking fees or fines

  • Late returns or unperformed cleaning

The deductible applicable in case of an accident or theft is clearly outlined in your rental agreement and in our general terms and conditions.
We strongly recommend reviewing these documents carefully before your rental begins.

Pre-Authorization Policy – NOM AKX

For every car rental with NOM AKX, a bank pre-authorization is required. This involves blocking a specific amount corresponding to the vehicle’s security deposit.
Please note: this amount is not charged, only temporarily held on your card.

Pre-Authorization Details:

  • Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

  • Cardholder: The card must be in the name of the renter

  • Amount: Varies based on the vehicle category (see pricing table)

  • Duration: The amount is held for the entire rental period

  • Release: After the vehicle is returned and no damage is reported, the amount is automatically released by your bank within a few days

✅ Important: Make sure your credit card limit is sufficient to avoid any issues at pickup.
